2026년 9월 5일 개정: 견적 문의 정보의 처리 경로와 보관·삭제 방식, 처리 위탁·국외 이전 대상을 실제 처리 방식에 맞게 수정했습니다.
라라랜드맘(이하 “회사”)은 WEB-STUDIO 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집 항목과 수집 시점

2. 이용 목적
- 홈페이지 제작 상담, 견적 안내 및 요구사항 확인
- 웹사이트 제작, 시안 전달, 수정 반영 및 납품
- 결제 확인, 청약철회·환불 처리
- 납품 후 무상 보수 및 유지관리 서비스 제공
- 문의 응대 및 고객 지원
회사는 위 목적 외의 용도로 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 파기
- 제작을 위해 제공받은 로고·사진·문구 등 자료는 납품 완료 후 1년간 보관합니다. 무상 보수 기간 대응과 이용자의 재작업 요청에 대비하기 위한 기간이며, 이용자가 조기 삭제를 요청하면 즉시 파기합니다.
- 도메인·호스팅 등 계정 접속 정보는 납품 완료 즉시 파기합니다.
- 문의 접수 내용은 상담 및 견적 대응을 위해 보관하며, 자동 삭제 기한은 정해져 있지 않습니다. 결제로 이어지지 않은 문의는 상담 종료 후 운영자가 직접 삭제하며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
그 밖의 정보는 수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기하되, 관련 법령에 따라 아래 정보는 정해진 기간 보관합니다.

4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

이용자의 사이트를 특정 외부 서비스(호스팅, 도메인, 결제, 폼 등)에 연결하는 경우, 회사는 착수 전에 해당 서비스와 그 역할을 안내하고 이용자의 동의를 받습니다.

이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소
회사는 결제 복구와 언어 설정 유지를 위하여 브라우저 저장소(localStorage 등)를 사용합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 이를 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 이용 통계 분석을 위하여 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 분석용 쿠키(_ga 등)를 통해 유입 경로, 열람 화면, 기능 사용 여부 등 접속 기록이 수집되며, IP 주소는 익명화되어 처리됩니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정 또는 Google Analytics 차단 부가기능으로 이를 거부할 수 있고, 거부하더라도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치하고 그 결과를 회신합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 전송 구간을 암호화(HTTPS)하고, 제작 자료에 대한 접근 권한을 최소한의 인원으로 제한하며, 계정 접속 정보는 별도로 저장하지 않고 작업 종료 즉시 파기합니다.
11. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 사이트에 공지합니다.

Revised 5 September 2026: the handling, retention and deletion of quote enquiries, and the processors and cross-border recipients, were corrected to match actual processing.
Lalalandmam (the “Company”) treats the personal data of WEB-STUDIO users with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable law.
1. Data collected and when

2. Purpose of processing
- Consulting on website production, quoting and confirming requirements
- Building the website, delivering drafts, applying revisions and handing over
- Confirming payment and handling withdrawal or refund
- Providing free aftercare and maintenance following delivery
- Responding to enquiries and providing customer support
The Company does not use personal data for any other purpose.
3. Retention and destruction
- Logos, photographs, copy and other assets provided for production are retained for one year after delivery, so that we can support the aftercare period and any re-work you request. They are destroyed immediately upon your request.
- Credentials for domain, hosting and similar accounts are destroyed immediately on completion of delivery.
- Enquiry records are kept for consultation and quoting, and there is no fixed automatic deletion deadline. Enquiries that do not proceed to payment are deleted manually by the operator once the consultation ends, and without delay upon your request.
Other data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. The following records are retained for the periods required by law:

4. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or upon lawful request by an investigative authority.

Where your site is connected to a particular external service (hosting, domain, payment, forms and the like), the Company advises that service and its role before starting and obtains your agreement.

You may refuse the transfer, in which case use of the Service may be limited.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The Company uses browser storage (such as localStorage) to recover an interrupted payment and remember your language. You may disable this in your browser settings; some features will then be unavailable.
The Company uses Google Analytics to measure how the service is used. Analytics cookies (such as _ga) record access logs including referral path, screens viewed and feature usage; IP addresses are anonymised. You may opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, with no restriction on your use of the service.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Requests sent to the contact below are actioned without delay and the outcome is reported to you. The Company does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14.

10. Security measures
The Company encrypts transmission (HTTPS), restricts access to production assets to the minimum number of personnel, and does not store account credentials, destroying them as soon as the work is finished.
11. Changes to this policy
Any change to this policy will be announced on the site together with its effective date.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
